London Wasps Rugby

Jewson, the UK's leading supplier of timber and building
products to the trade and general public, has a sponsorship
deal with London rugby team Wasps.
London Wasps are one of the most famous clubs in world rugby.
The Club was originally part of the Hampstead Football Club, along
with Harlequins, which was formed in 1866. However, a split in the
membership resulted in Wasps Football Club being established the
following year.
The Club was founded before the creation of the Rugby Football
Union (RFU). Wasps were eligible to become founder members of the
RFU in 1871, but the Club's representative famously missed the
inauguration ceremony and Wasps forfeited the right to call
themselves foundation members.
