COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE

Following the recent announcement regarding the relaxation of restrictions in England, we have changed some of the safety measures we have in place in some of our branches. We still encourage you to wear a face covering although you will no longer be required to. When visiting our branches, please continue to be mindful of others, allow sensible distance between yourself and others and follow safety measures that may still be in place such as using the available hand sanitiser. Our collective responsibility is to keep our customers, and colleagues and the communities we serve as safe as possible.

For branches in Scotland and Wales, please continue to adhere to the measures we have in place, including wearing a face covering which continues to be required and following all social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

In line with Government guidelines, we will continue to ensure the following takes place within our branches:

  • In England as Government guidelines now state that face coverings are not legally required in our branches, showrooms and open offices, you will no longer be required to wear one. However, should you feel more comfortable wearing one, please continue to do so. Within Scotland and Wales, face coverings are still required within branches, so please continue to follow this advice when visiting one of our branches or showrooms.
  • In England, the social distancing measures we had in place have now been removed. However, please continue to respect other peoples space when in our branches.
  • Clear signage indicating safe distancing and hygiene rules
  • Dedicated hand sanitiser stations
  • Detailed instructions on how to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

In addition, we’ll also continue to follow the below measures to ensure safe deliveries:

  • We will always contact you before delivery to make sure that your circumstances haven’t changed and that the site is safe to deliver to
  • Following the easing of restrictions, all deliveries will now need to been signed for and photographed as proof of delivery. 
  • All deliveries will now follow the latest government guidelines following the removal of the 1m+ social distancing guidance
  • Our driver will always contact you by telephone when arriving on site
  • All of your paperwork will be taped to pallets / goods on your delivery

In line with the latest Government guidelines, our Kitchen and Bathroom showrooms will continue to remain open. Visit our Jewson Kitchens website to find your local showroom or to book an appointment. We will still continue to offer virtual appointments if you’d prefer to not come into branch. These can be booked through the Jewson Kitchens website or contact your local showroom.

  • We will welcome you into our branches, within the safe guidelines outlined, to collect the materials and Tool Hire you need

  • Simply order your materials online using your smartphone, tablet or PC for collection within one hour to your local branch if ordered before 4pm or for next day delivery on to site if ordered before 12pm* 

Delivery 

  • Our delivery service means we can deliver straight to your site. You can either arrange this online or by contacting your local branch
