Following the Government announcement on the 4th January, outlining a national lockdown, our branches can and will continue to remain open. Visit here to see your local branch's opening times.

Under the latest guidelines, builders merchants and suppliers of building products are able to stay open. The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our top priority. Please continue to adhere to the measures we’ve put in place around social distancing, hygiene and face coverings when visiting our branches. Alternatively, shop online where you can get your materials delivered, or make use of our Click & Collect service.

In accordance with Government guidelines our showrooms will be closed for browsing until further notice. Our colleagues will however be available at the trade counter to support with kitchen and bathroom enquiries. We are offering virtual appointments which can be booked on our Jewson Kitchens website.

​​​Keeping you and our colleagues safe

The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our first priority and we already have a number of measures in our branches to keep customers and colleagues safe, we ask you to continue to follow these when you are visiting.

These include:​​​​​​​

  • All customers, where they are able to, should wear a face covering within the shop area of our branches. Face coverings will be made available to customers free of charge should they need.
  • All colleagues working within the shop area of our branches, showrooms and open offices must wear a face covering, and in other areas of our branches or where a 2m social distance cannot be maintained.
  • Clear signage indicating safe distancing and hygiene rules
  • Floor markings to indicate social distancing zones for customers and colleagues
  • Limiting access to each area
  • Dedicated hand sanitiser stations
  • Detailed instructions on how to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Wherever possible please pay by card


  • We will always contact you before delivery to make sure that your circumstances haven’t changed and that the site is safe to deliver to
  • All deliveries will be kerbside only and must be done within social distancing guidelines
  •  Any goods that would originally be determined as a two-person lift will instead be on a pallet and offloaded to the kerbside  
  • Our driver will always contact you by telephone when arriving on site
  •  All of your paperwork will be taped to pallets / goods on your delivery
  • No signatures will be required, our drivers will print your name and will take a photo of the offloaded delivery (unless permission is refused) and the delivery ticket will be emailed to you where we have your details


We have a variety of options available to you when it comes to getting the materials and Tool Hire you need.

Online at 

  • Simply order your materials online using your smartphone, tablet or PC for collection in your local branch or for delivery to site.

In branch

  • Either call or email your local branch ahead to order the materials you need for collection. 
  • You’ll also be able to browse within our branches; pre-order is not required. 


  • Our delivery service means we can deliver straight to your site. You can either arrange this online or by contacting your local branch.



Many supply chains have seen large disruption over the past few months and we are working closely with manufactures and suppliers to ensure you can get the materials you need. You can find our latest supplier updates here.

As UK manufacturing is able to continue during this next lockdown, we ask that you don’t over order and just order what you need.
