Three steps to accounts with Jewson


We want everyone to get the most out of Jewson. Whether your work is large or small, we have an account option for everyone. Whichever suits your needs, you can always benefit from our specialist branch services, such as brick specialists, timber mills and kitchen showrooms. 

Whether you’re new to Jewson or a longstanding loyal customer, read below to make sure you’re getting the most out of our account options.
 

Step 1 - Register for a web login

Make sure you've registered for a web login on our website. A web login provides basic access to our website, and cannot be used in branch. You can save your address and payment details for faster checkout.

If you already have a web login, skip to Step 2. If not, click the button below to register. When you're finished, come back to this page or see the 'My Account' area to apply for a trade account.

Step 2 - Apply for a trade account


If you already have a web login, you can apply for one of our trade accounts. Choose Cash or Credit depending on your needs, see below to see which suits you best. A trade account can be used online and in branch. If you have already opened a trade account with us and you’d like to start using it online, skip to Step 3 to link your accounts.


 

Cash Account

Designed for trade customers who do not need credit services.
Suitable for:
Customers who want the best prices with the added convenience of using agreed prices online and in branch.

Credit Account 

Designed for trade customers who would like credit services. 
Suitable for:
​​​​​Trade companies with high demand and lots of jobs

Benefits:
  • Up to 60 day’s credit
  • Personalised trade prices online and in any branch (organised by your local branch)
  • Pay with credit or cash as you please
  • Online account management
  • Trade Tool Hire rates

Step 3 - Link your accounts

​​​​​​​Already got a trade account? You may have previously created your account in branch. You can link your trade account to your web login to manage your account and see your personalised prices online. Make sure you've registered for a web login before you try to link your accounts. Log in before you start, as you'll need to request the link in the My Account area.

To link your accounts, you will need your Jewson Account number, which you can find on statements and invoices sent by us, and you'll need the postcode your account is registered with. Once you've submitted your link request, our team will process it and let you know when it's successful.
