DeWalt Full Face Mask Respirators (Issued February 2026)

DeWalt have issued a product recall of DeWalt Full Face Mask Respirator (Model 1600-08). The models affected are:

  • TDW40131 – DeWalt P3 Full Face Mask Respirator (Medium)

  • TDW40132 – DeWalt P3 Full Face Mask Respirator (Large)

  • TDW40133 – DeWalt A2P3 Full Face Mask Respirator (Medium)

  • TDW40134 – DeWalt A2P3 Full Face Mask Respirator (Large)

The products with the batch numbers listed in the table below are affected. The batch number can be found on the label on the outer box or inside of the Full Face Mask.

SCAN Safety Helmets (Issued June 2025)

SCAN have issued an important safety notification regarding a product recall affecting several models of SCAN Safety Helmets sold between April 2022 and November 2024.

SCAN Safety HelmetsThey have identified a manufacturing error, which means certain batches do not meet the required EN397 Industrial Hard Hat Standard, and as a precautionary measure, all affected helmets are being recalled immediately.

Models affected are (various colours)

  • SCAN Safety Helmet
  • SCAN Deluxe Safety
  • SCAN Short Peak Safety Helmet

If you bought a SCAN Safety Helmet between April 2022 and November 2024, please contact your local branch team to arrange a free of charge replacement for same product but from a batch unaffected by the manufacturing error.
