Delivery charges depend on the order value and whether you hold a Jewson credit account or not. Read to find out charges for different account types, as well as timeframes and availability information. Delivery for credit account customers
If you’re a credit account customer, delivery is free for standard orders over £50* ex VAT. For orders under £50 ex VAT*, there is a £5 delivery charge. If you’re interested in applying for a credit account to benefit from free delivery and more, check out our account options page.
Delivery for guests, web login & cash account customers
If you hold a cash account, are signed in with your web login or checkout as a guest, delivery is free on standard orders over £100 ex VAT*. There is a delivery fee of £15 on orders under £100 ex VAT*.
When will orders arrive?
Wherever possible, we will delivery your order withing 2 days when you order before 12 pm. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you before your delivery date to discuss this with you. If you need your order delivered over the weekend, please call your local branch to arrange this.
Non-standard delivery areas
Customers who wish to have items delivered outside of the UK mainland, remote areas or the Scottish Highlands may incur a higher delivery cost. Delivery time may also be longer than stated for some areas. Please place your order and we will contact you within one working day to discuss delivery options and associated costs. If you are not happy with the delivery charges we quote, you may cancel the order and get a full refund.
The following postcodes do not qualify for free delivery, but we will endeavour to get the cheapest possible delivery charge for you if you live in any of these areas: GY, JE, IM, AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, BT, IV30-32, PA20-24, PA22-27, PA30-35, PH1, PH10, FK19-21, HS, IV*, KA27-28, KW, PA20-21, PA28-29, PA36-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH, ZE, CF41-42, LD3, NP9, NP22-23.
