HOW DO I VERIFY MY EXISTING ACCOUNT?

If you do not already have a login to this website you can create one by clicking here. When prompted on this registration form please enter your account number and postcode (this is the postcode of the main account address). You will then be able to verify your information via email or with a password in the post. 

If you already have a login for this site, please click here to log in. Then head to 'My Account' and click 'Link My Trade Account'. You will then be able to verify your information via email or with a password in the post. 


How do I find products?

Use the search box to enter a Jewson product code, or a description of the product you want. You can also use the product menu to explore different categories.


Do you do tool hire?

Yes, tool hire is available to order in branch, online or over the phone. To order online simply browse our catalogue and add what you would like to hire into your trolley. When you are ready, log in to check out.

How do I order tool hire online?

Tool hire orders through the website will generate an enquiry. We will give you a call to confirm your order which you will then be able to collect or will be delivered. Please do not travel to the branch until you have received this call as we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock at that branch.


Payment methods

You can either pay via your Jewson credit account, or by credit/debit card. 


Credit Account Information

Please note that credit account balance information is updated every 24 hours. If you make more than one purchases in a 24-hour period against your credit account, available credit shown to you may not be updated to reflect your first purchase.

How does delivery work?

Wherever possible, your order will be delivered the next day when you order before 12pm. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you before your delivery date to discuss this with you.

Please note, we cannot take orders for delivery over the weekend. If you need weekend delivery, please call the local branch. You can find their details here.


Delivery information and costs

Delivery and returns information for online orders only. 

There will be no charge for collection from any one of our branches. 

For cash orders under £100* a £15 delivery charge applies. Delivery is free on all standard orders over £100*. For orders made on a Jewson credit account, orders under £50* a £5 delivery charge applies. Delivery is free on all standard orders over £50* for credit account customers.

Where possible and required, orders are available the next day (subject to the product ordered being in stock and the order being placed by 12pm). If the product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If the product is out of stock, and you have still managed to order it and we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery charges for tool hire orders will be confirmed by the tool hire team directly once they process your query. For more information on tool hire orders, please visit tool hire help.

*Excluding VAT. Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Island, Islands and Remote Areas. For costs of excluded areas please refer to the non-standard delivery section below.


Non-Standard Delivery Areas

Customers wishing to have items delivered to outside of the UK mainland, remote areas or the Scottish Highlands may incur a higher delivery cost.  Delivery time may also be longer than stated for some areas.  Please place your order and we will contact you within one working day to discuss delivery options and associated costs. If you are not happy with the delivery charges we quote, you may cancel the order and get a full refund.

The following postcodes do not qualify for free delivery, but we will endeavour to get the cheapest possible delivery charge for you if you live in any of these areas: GY, JE, IM, AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, BT, IV30-32, PA20-24, PA22-27, PA30-35, PH1, PH10, FK19-21, HS, IV*, KA27-28, KW, PA20-21, PA28-29, PA36-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH, ZE, CF41-42, LD3, NP9, NP22-23.


Do you offer ‘Click & Collect’ ?

Yes, to check out for collection, please choose this option when adding products to your trolley. Simply select the branch you would prefer to collect from or the one most convenient to your location.

Your order will be available to collect in branch 1 hour after you have ordered if you order before 4pm. Orders taken after 4pm will be available to collect the next working day.


What if I don't collect my order?

Uncollected Click & Collect orders will be placed back into general stock if not collected after 7 days. We are not able to guarantee availability after this point.

How do I return Click & Collect items?

Please take Click & Collect items to the sales counter of your collection branch with the original invoice and we can arrange a credit or refund. Due to our new ways of working, we would recommend you call your local branch before travelling there. You can find their details here.


How do I return delivered items?

Please take your items to the sales counter of your delivery branch with the original invoice and we can arrange a credit or refund. 

For delivered items which are too large for you to bring in yourself, please contact the branch to arrange a convenient collection from your site. Once these items have been collected, we can issue credit or a refund. For the collection of items from site collection, restocking charges may apply. Branch staff will confirm changes when the collection is arranged.

Can I cancel my online order? 

You cannot currently cancel orders online. To cancel an order, please call Customer Services Team on 02476 608235

VOUCHER CODES

We do not currently work with any third party voucher sites and will not use them to advertise any voucher codes available for this website. This means that any discount or voucher codes which are available will be sent directly to customers. 


PARTNER CARDS

Any customers currently registered on our 'Partnercard' scheme and are using a 'Partnercard' account are currently unable to register the account number online. You are however able to checkout online as a guest user. You can still continue to use your 'Partnercard' in branch to order materials on your account.
