Deliveries direct from our suppliers
At Jewson, certain products in our range are delivered directly to you by one of our trusted suppliers. When purchasing one of these products, you will see our suppliers name, delivery lead time and delivery cost displayed on the product page. These delivery costs will vary from the Jewson standard delivery fees, and will be displayed in the checkout before you complete your purchase. If you have any questions about ordering products from Jewson’s trusted suppliers, please contact us on 02476 608235
Please note, returns on items fulfilled directly from our suppliers may incur a restocking fee.
When will orders arrive?
Wherever possible, we will deliver your order the next day if you order before 10am. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you before your delivery date to discuss this with you. If you need your order delivered over the weekend, please call your local branch to arrange this.
Where will my delivery be made?
Deliveries will be made to the nearest kerbside at the delivery address you provided to us when you checked out. Our drivers will unload your order from the vehicle for you. If you are working from within a building site, our friendly drivers will do their best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible but they will be restricted by the access available due to the size of our vehicles.
Why do we charge for small deliveries?
Our cost threshold for free delivery is to help us to make fewer deliveries of smaller loads. By freeing up more delivery slots, we can deliver to more customers, at better times. We also have a commitment to becoming net zero carbon by 2050, so fewer deliveries equal less emissions!
If you're an account holder, planning ahead and combining orders to the value of £100 or over can help you save money on delivery.
*Non-standard delivery areas
Customers wishing to have items delivered outside of the UK mainland, remote areas, or Scottish Highlands may incur higher delivery costs at the discretion of branch managers. Delivery time may also be longer than stated for some areas. Please place your order and we will contact you within one working day to discuss delivery options and associated costs. If you are not happy with the delivery charges quotes, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
