Blue Tick Promotion Terms & Conditions

2. This Promotion is open to all shoppers over the age of 18, purchasing online and in store too.
3. This Promotion, is a price analysis on certain products chosen by the Promoter and displaying the” blue tick logo” online and in store which commenced on the 18th May 2020 and will end on 31st January 2025.
4. Blue Tick Products means those certain stocked products that have been tracked and monitored with regards to everyday pricing of competitors from publicly available data at the time of tracking.
5. Prices of Blue Tick Products may vary from time to time and will be updated by 7am every Monday, as all data is reviewed from price listings obtained by the software “pricetrakker”.
6. Products listed as a Blue Tick Product will remain on sale at the advertised price for a minimum period of one week but the products listed within the Promotion will remain in the Promotion for a minimum period of one calendar month. It is in the Promoter’s sole discretion as to which products will be in the Promotion.
7. Photographs have been used as a guide to produce identification and my not be accurate in detail or colour.
8. Whilst every care is taken in the production of this Promotion the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any errors or missions.
9. Promotional prices are all subject to availability and only valid on the date shown as prices will vary throughout the Promotion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. Multi-buy and Bulk Buy Savings offers only apply to those products to which the multi-buy offer applies and are clearly displayed as such. Multi-buy offers are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotions. Unless specified, Multi-buy or Bulk Buy Savings offers will only be available when you purchase the same product in the same colour, size and specification.
11. 1 If any Products which form part of a multi-buy and Bulk Buy Savings offer are returned to us for a refund, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer.
12. Discount percentage shown is in relation to specific products when purchased in the quantities stated.
