Jewson and CT1 competition Terms and Conditions - Jewson and CT1 – Win a Trip to See England vs Panama in New Jersey, USA

By participating in this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that you are eligible to enter and to claim a prize if you are chosen as a winner. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this prize draw and/or to claim a prize.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Stark Building Materials UK Ltd trading as Jewson, company no 01647362 whose registered address is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, England, CV3 2TT (the “Promoter”), in partnership with CTec (NI) Limited Company no N1055929 whose registered address is Unit 6, Ashtree Enterprise Park, Newry, Co Down, BT34 1BY (“CTec”).

2. Eligibility and restrictions

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over which have a Jewson credit account or Jewson cash account.
  • Account holders which benefit from a rebate scheme with the Promoter and/or have their own Jewson account manager are excluded from this prize draw. Employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of the Promoter or CT1, their group companies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw (including their immediate families) are also excluded.
  • If there is any uncertainty as to who may participate in this prize draw, please contact the Jewson Marketing Department at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk whose decision shall be final and binding.
  • Trade and retail customers may enter, provided the Qualifying Spend is made in a UK Jewson branch or an entry is made through the postal entry process.
  • Strictly one entry per customer per day up to a maximum of twelve (12) entries during the Promotional Period. Any entries received in excess of this daily and/or total limit will not be counted.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you from this prize draw if you are (or are suspected to be) in breach of these terms and conditions, or your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize draw.

3. Promotional Period

  • The promotion runs from branch opening 01 June 2026 to branch closing 20 June 2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
  • Purchases made and/or postal entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be entered into this prize draw.

4. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the prize draw, customers must either:

  • Spend £50 (ex. VAT) or more on Qualifying Products (defined below) in a single transaction in a UK Jewson branch (the “Qualifying Spend”) during the Promotional Period; or
  • Submit a postal entry, which provides their full name, address and contact details, to the Marketing Department, STARK Building Materials UK trading as Jewson, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, England, CV3 2TT. No purchase is necessary for this entry route.
  • Each method of entry provides an equal opportunity of winning.
  • Transactions may include non Qualifying Products; however, only the value of Qualifying Products will count towards the Qualifying Spend. Transactions cannot be combined to achieve the Qualifying Spend.
  • Where a customer achieves the Qualifying Spend, they must scan the QR code in branch to read and accept these terms and conditions to be entered into the prize draw. Postal entrants can view and accept the terms and conditions here: http://jewson.co.uk/promotions/ct1-jewson-competition
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries which are incomplete, inaccurate or not received during the Promotional Period.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to England vs Panama on 27 June 2026 at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, USA.
  • Return flights for two people from a UK airport.  The prize does not include accommodation, travel insurance, meals, transfers, or any additional expenses unless expressly stated.

The prize is non transferable, non-refundable, non exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

Whilst the return flights shall be chosen at the Promoters sole discretion, the winner may submit a request to the Promoter for flights from a selected UK airport; any such request must be made by 23:59 on 23 June 2026. The Promoter makes no representation and does not provide any guarantee that any such request shall be honoured and the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for: a) the winners inability to travel from such airport, b) the unavailability of any flights arising due to a force majeure event.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The prize draw will take place at 09:00am on 22 June 2026.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details associated with their account, or the details provided by postal entry as applicable.
  • If the winner does not respond by 23:59 on 23 June 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Proof of identity may be required before the prize is issued.
  • No payment is required to claim a prize.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen reasons outside of its reasonable control, including where an event is cancelled and/or flights are unavailable due to any delay by the winner to select their flights and/or due to a force majeure event. The Promoter accepts no liability for any misused or unused prizes.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize where an entrant is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the personal details they provide are accurate. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise non compliant.
  • All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with Jewson’s privacy statement.
  • Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for prize fulfilment.
  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

9. General Conditions

  • This Promotion is in no way endorsed, sponsored, associated or otherwise affiliated with any sporting tournament or any football body or association.
  • The Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the surname and home county of the prize winner on the official JewsonUK social media channels. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • Entrants are responsible for the safe use of any products purchased. • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances make such action unavoidable.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this prize draw, except where the same is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, or corrupted due to network, system, hardware, or software failures of any kind.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in Scotland.
