At Jewson we strive to offer you the best customer experience and hope you'll never have reason to complain. However, we recognise that sometimes things will go wrong and you will need our help to put them right.

If something has gone wrong and you need to speak to a member of the Customer Care Team, or you wish to praise the service you have received, please use the information below to get in touch.

First Instance

To ensure a speedy response to any issues you may have experienced we would ask that in the first instance you should speak to one of our branch management team. Please use our online branch locator to find the relevant details.

Via The Website

Simply fill in the complaints form here, providing as much information as possible. In order to ensure that your issue is dealt with by the right team, please allow up to two working days for a response.

By Phone

If you prefer to register your complaint by phone please call our dedicated complaints line on 02476 608235 (Monday - Thursday 8am - 7pm, Friday 8am - 5pm).

This will take you through to a member of the Customer Care Team. We will attempt to resolve your issues whilst you are on the phone but should we be unable to do so; we will make sure someone who can help contacts you within two working days.
