The Ancon Staifix Housing Ties Type 4 is 250mm in length which acts to secure two leaves of a cavity wall to each other, allowing them to act as one structurally. It is suitable for both external walls of houses up to 10 metres tall and internal separating walls. It is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel material that will ensure sturdy construction and provide a durable life. The product is CE Marked and meets all requirements per NHBC standards. Furthermore, it is BBA approved and can be used with all approved robust details for cavity masonry separating walls, whether traditional or thin-joint blockwork.
