Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt Brilliant White 10L is a professional quality, matt emulsion pastel base with good opacity. It is thinned with water and directly applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP spray. On very absorbent surfaces it can be applied in sealing coat of thinned Armstead trade vinyl silk (up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts ). It can cover up to 14m2/l on smooth surfaces with average porosity. The touch drying time is about 1-2 hours which depends upon the temperature and humidity.
