BLM Code 4 Lead Flashing 6m x 450mm

The BLM Code 4 Lead Flashing is traditionally used in chimneys and roofs, or used to join gutters to drains for protection against water and weathering. The roll measures 6m x 450 x 1.80mm (L x W x T) and weighs 55kg. The roll is made of lead material that is environment-friendly due to its low melting point, and end of life recycling rate. Manufactured to British standard BS EN 12588 which ensures the alloy used contains a minimum amount of lead and the correct amount of trace elements. The product is used for a wide range of roofing applications whilst providing that exceptional level of waterproofing to prevent leaks and water damage. It is also flexible making it user-friendly, is naturally malleable and corrosion resistant. The lead's ability to expand and contract at various temperatures makes it durable. This lead sheet should be fitted in accordance with BS 6915.
