The Everbuild SBR Water Resistant Bonding Agent is a latex based bonding agent and admixture which is suitable for use in areas with high levels of humidity. The product improves the water resistance of cement mixtures by creating a reinforcing polymer that gives it a fair degree of longevity and flexibility on floor screeds and renderings. The high adhesion formulation adheres to a wide range of materials such as dense concrete, steel, tiles and the like. While applying the surface needs to be primed in order to get the best adhesion of the topping or screed.
