The Keylite Loft Ladder, with pre-installed Flick-Fit brackets, is designed to ensure simple, fast one-person installation without compromising on quality. In addition, they are supplied with a pre-fitted handrail and our unique detachable ladder which allows for a one-person installation. Our Loft Ladders have a continuous seal around the trapdoor to reduce heat loss. A white, 36mm thick insulated trapdoor helps to achieve a U-value of 1.1W/m2.K as standard. All Keylite loft ladders are draught proof and have obtained the highest air tightness classification possible, Class 4. Security is addressed with a recessed locking system. Keylite have invested in their products in order to gain the relevant certification and accreditations from national and European bodies. The Keylite Loft Ladder is no different and is fully certified to EN 14975.
