This all- purpose expanding shield anchor is ideal for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete. This universal bolt fixes into any wall, ceiling or floor for the unyielding fix. Hole diameter marked with ferrule that ensures correct installation. The anti-rotation lugs stop the wall plugs from spinning if it is used in a hole that has been over drilled.
