The Simpson Strong-Tie Light Duty Restraint Strap Bent 2.50 x 1200mm (T x L) Chrome is made from pre-galvanised steel which has high levels of chromium and nickel and low levels of carbon. The material known for its formability and resistance to rust hence austenitic steels are the most widely used grade of stainless steel. The light duty restraint straps is designed for vertical loads such as wall plates on top of masonry walls with a maximum tensile load capacity of 4000N and the displacement under the load is 1.2mm.
