The TuffStuff A250 Drip Edge Trim 145 x 90mm x 3m (H x W x L) is applied on a roof's edge to give water the ability to filter out of the drainage system. It is installed with an intended tilt, which is specifically meant to direct water away from a roof. To ensure that the vertical leg is central to the guttering, support battens should be used. To make sure the trim sits in the centre, the trim should be supported with two battens, one of them to be fixed below the level of the deck and the other 10mm below the first, this allows the trim to sit flush with the roof.
