Jewson Alnwick – Spend. Stamp. Win. – Prize Giveaway and Competition 

Terms & Conditions

By collecting a stamp card, you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. The Promotion

  1. 1.1 This ‘Spend. Stamp. Win’ Promotion is exclusively available in Jewson’s Alnwick branch and is made up of two parts, a prize giveaway and a prize competition.
  2. 1.2 Subject to these terms and conditions, Participants who earn between three (3) to nine (9) stamps will be able to claim a selected prize in the prize giveaway, and Participants who earn no less than twelve (12) stamps will have the opportunity to enter into the prize competition.
  3. 1.3 The Promoter is STARK Building Materials UK Limited, trading as Jewson (with registered company number 01647362) whose registered address is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT.
  4. 1.4 By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim a prize from the prize giveaway or the prize competition. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this Promotion and/or to claim a prize.
  5. 1.5 These terms and conditions will be made available to Participants when they collect their stamp card and Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon receipt of their stamp card.

2. Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 This Promotion begins on branch opening on 1 October 2026 and ends at branch closing 30 November 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 2.2 Transactions occurring outside of the Promotion Period shall not be counted for the purposes of this promotion.
  3. 2.3 Failure to make an Eligible Transaction (defined below) during the Promotion Period will preclude your participation in this Promotion and the collection of any stamps.

3. Eligibility and restrictions

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are a Jewson credit account or Jewson cash account holder (each an “Account”) during the Promotion Period, provided:
    1. 3.1.1 Those Account holders are not excluded under paragraph 3.2 below; and
    2. 3.1.2 The Account holder has completed the Online Registration Form available on the Website before 11.59pm on 30 November 2026.
  2. 3.2 The following are excluded from, and may not participate in, this Promotion:
    1. 3.2.1 Accounts held by public sector organisations or housing associations;
    2. 3.2.2 Employees of the Promoter (or any other company within the Promoter’s group) (an “Employee”), an Employee’s immediate family, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion;
    3. 3.2.3 Any holders of a trade account or trade cash card account of any brand of the Promoter other than Jewson; and
    4. 3.2.4 Account holders which:
      1. have their own Jewson account manager; and/or
      2. benefit from a rebate scheme with the Promoter.
  3. 3.3 The decision as to who may participate is at the discretion of the Jewson Marketing Department at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk whose decision shall be final and binding.
  4. 3.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for stamp cards that are lost or stolen, nor for any transactions which, but for the Participant’s failure to supply the stamp card at the relevant time, would have constituted an Eligible Transaction for the purposes of this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

  1. 4.1 To enter this promotion, customers must spend at least £60 (sixty pounds) excluding VAT on Jewson goods for in-branch collection at the Jewson Alnwick branch during the Promotion Period (an “Eligible Transaction”).
  2. 4.2 The first time a Participant makes an Eligible Transaction, they will receive a physical stamp card and their first stamp. Thereafter each time a Participant makes an Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period, that Participant may collect a single stamp on their stamp card.
  3. 4.3 The prize giveaway and entry into the prize competition requires a certain number of stamps to be collected, see clause 5 for further details.
  4. 4.4 No more than one (1) stamp per Participant per day will be permitted, irrespective of the value of that Participant's order or the number of orders collected by the Participant each day. Any transactions in excess of this daily limit will be excluded from the Promotion and will not be eligible to receive any additional stamps.

5. Prize, winners and notification

  1. 5.1 Each time an Eligible Transaction is made, the Participant will receive a single stamp on their stamp card, with prizes awarded according to the number of stamps collected:
    1. 5.1.1 three (3) stamps, a Participant can collect a Jewson branded beanie hat;
    2. 5.1.2 six (6) stamps, a Participant can collect a £10 Greggs voucher
    3. 5.1.3 nine (9) stamps, a Participant can collect a Jewson branded hoodie.
  2. 5.2 If a Participant collects no less than twelve (12) stamps, a Participant can collect three darts and enter into our prize competition; if the Participant hits the bullseye, they can collect a £50 Love2Shop voucher. The Participant may only throw each dart once.
  3. 5.3 Once a Participant has collected the requisite number of stamps required to claim a prize in accordance with clause 5.1, that Participant may claim the prize on the same day from the Alnwick branch.
  4. 5.4 If a Participant wins one of the available prizes in the prize competition, that Participant may collect their voucher in-branch on the same day.
  5. 5.5 Participants must claim their prize within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Failure to collect a prize within this time will lead to automatic forfeiture of that prize.
  6. 5.6 Each of the stamps, vouchers and other prizes provided in this promotion have no cash value and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
  7. 5.7 If a purchase is being made through an Account by someone other than the named Account holder, any prize awarded is for the benefit of the relevant Account holder only. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter, winners are not permitted to transfer the right to take up any prize to any other person.
  8. 5.8 Recipients of Rewards may be subject to an additional tax liability for which the Promoter accepts no liability. No payment is required to claim a prize.
  9. 5.9 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, due to unforeseen reasons outside of its reasonable control.
  10. 5.10 The winners are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the voucher merchants and for using that voucher within the relevant redemption period. The Promoter accepts no liability for any misused or unused prizes.

6. General

  1. 6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  2. 6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  3. 6.3 The Promoter may publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish details of the prize winners on the official JewsonUK social media channels. If you receive a prize but object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  4. 6.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third party, including any voucher merchant. By entering, Participants agree to release any named third party from any liability related to this Promotion.
  5. 6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you from this Promotion if you are (or are suspected to be) in breach of these terms and conditions, or your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this Promotion.
  6. 6.6 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participant for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this Promotion or claiming any prize, except to the extent the same is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  8. 6.8 These terms and conditions are governed by English Law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (whether contractual or otherwise) relating to their subject matter.
  9. 6.9 All Participants are encouraged to have due consideration for their own safety and wellbeing in connection with their participation in this Promotion and the taking up of any prize.
  10. 6.10 Personal data provided by Participants in connection with this Promotion will be used by the Promoter and selected third parties to administer the Promotion. Participants may withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data for these purposes at any time, although this will prevent the Promoter from being able to manage that individual’s participation in this Promotion.
