Jewson Customer Survey – Big Loop Prize Draw

Terms and conditions

1.    Promoter:  STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as Jewson (Company number 01647362) whose registered office is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT.  
2.    Participants must be aged 18 or over and cannot be employees of the Promoter (or any other company within the STARK group) (an “Employee”), an Employee’s immediate family, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.  
3.    The Promoter is asking for feedback from its customers regarding their views on Jewson by asking them to complete a survey (the “Survey”).
4.    All respondents who complete the Survey before the closing date of midnight on 20th May 2026 (the “Closing Date”) shall be entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) with a chance to win one of the following prizes (each an “Amazon Voucher”). 
One (1) two hundred and fifty GBP (£250) Amazon voucher
Two (2) one hundred GBP (£100) Amazon voucher
Five (5) fifty GBP (£50) Amazon voucher
Twelve (12) twenty-five GBP (£25) Amazon voucher 
5.    The Promoter accepts no liability if incomplete details are provided and an entry does not get submitted into the Prize Draw.
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
7.    The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.  
8.    Only one entry per person, multiple entries will deem all entries by that person invalid.  All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
9.    In order to be eligible to receive an Amazon Voucher via entry into the Prize Draw, the Survey must be submitted before midnight on the Closing Date.  Survey responses may still be received after the Closing Date, but there will be no entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no liability for any Surveys submitted after the Closing Date.
10.    The Prize Draw will take place on 27th May 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all proper entries received by the Closing Date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.  
11.    Winners of the Prize Draw will be notified via email and the Amazon Voucher emailed to them within 7 days of the Prize Draw.
12.    If any details on a participant’s entry are incorrect meaning that the Promoter is unable to notify a participant that they are eligible to receive an Amazon Voucher, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the participant but the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any inability for whatever reason it is unable to make contact with the participant.  
13.    Amazon Vouchers shall be valid in the manner and for the period stated in them.
14.    Amazon Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
15.    The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Amazon Vouchers with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver as a result of industrial action or other circumstances beyond their control.  
16.    The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
17.    Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award an Amazon Voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
18.    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
19.    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up an Amazon Voucher and/or entering the Prize Draw except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.  A participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
20.    The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.  
21.    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.  
22.    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
23.    Accepting an Amazon Voucher may give rise to a tax liability which will be the winner’s responsibility. 
24.    Any personal data submitted by a participant will be used by the Promoter and/or Customer Agency for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw and providing the Amazon Vouchers and will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy at Privacy Statement. 
25.    English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
