Jewson Customer Survey – Big Loop Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter:
    1. The promoter is STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as Jewson (Company number 01647362) whose registered office is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT.
  2. Eligibility:
    1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the Big Loop survey (the “Survey”) in accordance with these conditions, and which have a Jewson credit account or Jewson cash account.
    2. Account holders, which benefit from a rebate scheme with the promoter and/or have their own Jewson account manager are excluded from this prize draw. Employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of the promoter, their group companies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw (including their immediate families) are also excluded.
    3. If there is any uncertainty as to who may participate in this prize draw, please contact the Jewson Marketing Department at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk, whose decision shall be final and binding.
    4. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify you from this prize draw if you are (or are suspected to be) in breach of these terms and conditions, or your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize draw.
    5. Strictly one entry per person and additional entries will not be counted. All entries made or submitted through third parties or agents are invalid.
  3. Promotional Period:
    1. The Survey will open at midnight on 4th November 2026 and will close at midnight on 19th November 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
    2. Participants must complete the Survey in full and submit the Survey to the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
  4. How to Enter
    1. All respondents who complete the Survey before the closing date of midnight on 19th November 2026 (the “Closing Date”) shall be automatically entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) with a chance to win one of twenty (20) available prizes.
    2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
    3. The promoter accepts no liability for incomplete Surveys or Surveys not submitted during the Promotional Period.
    4. The promoter does not accept responsibility for Surveys that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  5. Prize
    1. The following prizes are available:
      • One (1) two hundred and fifty GBP (£250) Amazon voucher
      • Two (2) one hundred GBP (£100) Amazon voucher
      • Five (5) fifty GBP (£50) Amazon voucher
      • Twelve (12) twenty-five GBP (£25) Amazon voucher
    2. Strictly one prize per person and prizes are allocated at random.
    3. Winners are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant voucher terms and conditions and for checking the applicable redemption date for their voucher.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification
    1. The prize draw will take place at 09:00am on 23rd November 2026.
    2. Twenty winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
    3. The winners will be notified by email, and vouchers will be sent to the winner’s email address provided in the survey.
    4. If the winner does not respond by 23:59 on 24th November 2026, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the random selection process described above from the remaining eligible entries.
    5. If any details within the Survey are incorrect and the promoter is unable to contact that winner as a result, the promoter does not accept responsibility whatsoever for its inability to make contact with the participant in these circumstances.
    6. Proof of identity may be required before the prize is issued.
    7. No payment is required to claim a prize.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if necessary, due to unforeseen reasons outside of its reasonable control. The Promoter accepts no liability for any misused or unused prizes.
    9. Amazon vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    10. Accepting an Amazon Voucher may give rise to a tax liability which will be the winner’s responsibility.
    11. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize where an entrant is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    12. All decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Data Protection
    1. Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with Jewson’s privacy statement: https://www.starkbuild.co.uk/privacy-statement.
    2. Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for prize fulfilment.
    3. By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
  8. General Conditions
    1. The promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the promoter may publish the surname and home county of the prize winners on the official JewsonUK social media channels. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact the promoter at starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    2. Entrants are responsible for the safe use of any products purchased using the voucher.
    3. This prize draw is in no way connected or affiliated with Amazon and the participant agrees to release Amazon from any liability connected with this prize draw.
    4. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice where circumstances make such action unavoidable.
    5. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternative winner in the event the promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
    6. Participation in the Survey constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this prize draw, except where the same is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in Scotland.
