1. By taking part in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
2. This Promotion is only open to existing Jewson Trade Account and Jewson Trade Cash Card Account (the “Accounts”) holders who receive an email, SMS or direct mail inviting them to take part in this Promotion (the “Participants” and each a “Participant”) (the “Invitation”). The Accounts do not include trade accounts or trade cash card accounts of other brands of the Promoter (as defined below). Participants must be aged 18 or over and cannot be employees of the Promoter (or any other company within the Stark group) (an “Employee”), an Employee’s immediate family, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Any Account holders who are public sector organisations or housing associations may not participate within this Promotion and will not be included within the definition of Participants. If there is any uncertainty as to who may be a Participant, please contact the Jewson Marketing Department on 02476 438400 whose decision shall be final and binding.
3. In order to participate in this Promotion, Participants must collect a stamp card from a Branch (as defined below) (the “Stamp Card”). A Participant will be asked to show their Invitation prior to being given their Stamp Card.
4. This Promotion will run from when a branch branded Jewson within the Promoter’s network of branches (a “Branch”) opens on 2nd February 2026 until a Branch closes on 31 March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) (the “Promotion Period”). Please see http://www.jewson.co.uk/branch-finder for details of branch opening times (“Branch Opening Times”).
5. Each time a Participant spends at least fifty pounds (£50.00) (excluding VAT) in one order through an Account during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”), they will be awarded one stamp on their Stamp Card (each a “Stamp”) up to a maximum of one (1) Stamp per day and up to a maximum of eight (8) Stamps in total during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Stamp may be awarded per order placed and only one (1) Stamp may be collected per day. To be included within the Qualifying Spend, an order must be collected from a Branch. Delivered orders and direct to site deliveries by the Promoter’s third-party supplier are excluded from this Promotion. No Stamp will be given for any spend by a Participant after the Closing Date.
6. For each set of four (4) Stamps a Participant receives on their Stamp Card, they will receive a fifty GBP (£50) Jewson voucher (the “Award”) up to a maximum of two (2) Awards per Participant.
7. If a Participant requires a refund on any spend made during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will deduct the value of the refund from the relevant Qualifying Spend which may result in the associated Stamp being removed from their Stamp Card due to the Qualifying Spend level of fifty pounds (£50.00) (excluding VAT) not being reached.
8. If you are making a purchase through an Account but you are not the named Account holder, any Award made during the Promotion Period is for the benefit of the Account holder.
9. No cash alternative is available.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Award of equal or greater value.
11. If a Participant qualifies for an Award, the Promoter will notify them by either SMS, email and/or by writing to them (depending on which method of contact the Promoter has for the Participant or the Participant’s chosen method of communication) within 30 days of the Closing Date. No correspondence will be entered into.
