Jewson and Powersheds SHED10 Online Promotion – Terms and Conditions

By using the promotional code “SHED10” (the “Code”) on our website (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which are contained below:

1. The promoter is STARK Building Materials UK Limited trading as Jewson (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01647362 and whose registered office is at Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT) (the “Promoter”).

3. The Promotion is open to ALL customers; it is not a requirement for them to hold a Jewson credit or cash account. The Promotion is available exclusively via our website at https://www.jewson.co.uk (the “Website”) and is not available for purchases made in branch, by telephone, by email or through any other channel. This Promotion will run from 1 September 2026 00:00 until 31 October 2026 23:59 (the “Closing Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).
4. The Code entitles eligible customers to 10% off the listed price of Qualifying Products (as defined in paragraph 5 below) when the Code is entered correctly at the online checkout on the Website during the Promotion Period. The discount is applied to the Qualifying Products in the basket once the Code is entered; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the Code is entered correctly before completing the order, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
5. The Code applies only to Powershed product lines that are displayed on the Website bearing the “SHED10” promotional banner or tag at the time of order (the “Qualifying Products”). Products that do not display the SHED10 banner on their product page at the time of purchase are not eligible for the discount, regardless of category, brand or similarity to Qualifying Products. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which product lines constitute Qualifying Products at any time, and to add or remove products from the Promotion at any time in accordance with paragraph 14 below.
6. The Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher, promotional offer, loyalty discount, trade account pricing, or any other price reduction, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter. The Code does not apply to the purchase of gift cards. The Code has no cash alternative, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be sold or transferred.
7. All pricing promotions under the Promotion are valid within the Promotion Period and all promotional prices and Qualifying Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Where a Qualifying Product becomes unavailable or out of stock the discount will cease to be available for that product, including where it is still within the Promotion Period. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure product availability, however the Promoter cannot be held liable for insufficient stock of any Qualifying Product.
8. Delivery charges may apply – for further information regarding this please refer to the delivery information published on the Website. The discount under the Code is calculated on the listed price of Qualifying Products exclusive of delivery charges, and delivery charges (if any) remain payable in addition.
9. All products contained in the Promotional Material are subject to 20% VAT. When purchasing via the Jewson website prices can be toggled to show either including or excluding VAT. The VAT toggle button is located by the Jewson search bar.
10. Photographs and other images used to promote the Promotion or the Qualifying Products (the “Promotional Material”) have been used as a guide to product identification only; they may not be accurate in detail or in colour.
11. If a participant in the Promotion requires a refund, they will be refunded at the value which the purchase was made in conjunction with the Code. They will not be refunded the value of the products without the Code discount being deducted.
12. Any personal data submitted by a participant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy statement.
13. The Promoter cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may surface within the production of these promotional offers.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour the Code, to cancel any order, or to recover the value of any discount, where it reasonably believes the Code has been obtained, copied, reproduced, transferred, sold, or used fraudulently, in breach of these terms and conditions, or for any commercial or resale purpose.
16. These terms and conditions do not affect a customer's statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
17. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
