Sandtex Fine Textured Matt Paint 5 Litres Magnolia is masonry paint which is thinned with water and is suitable for exterior use. The smooth masonry is a coating for external render which is designed to provide long term weather protection. It can be applied directly using the brush or roller with coverage up to 7m2 per litre and will have a touch drying time of about 6 hours. The product is a highly durable product with an anti-carbonation coating which prevents dirt build up on the surface. It also fills the cracks to prevent fungicide growth.
