Make sure you are using your main Jewson Account Number to register. If you have multiple accounts you wish to link, please contact starkmarketing@starkbuild.co.uk and proceed to register for the promotion using your main account.

Why is my postcode is not recognised?
Make sure you are using the postcode registered on your Jewson Account. This is normally your company's registered postcode. Please contact your local Jewson branch if you are unsure which post code is registered on your account.
I am locked out of my account
If you login with the wrong details more than three times the website will lock the account for security reasons. The account is unlocked automatically after 15 minutes.
I am having trouble verifying my account

Is there a limit to how many times I can purchase and play?
Yes, customers are limited to two qualifying transactions a day. A maximum of six play codes are available for issue each day.
How long do my play codes last for?
Play codes last for seven days, please ensure you play the game as quickly as possible to avoid missing out on rewards. Play codes expire inline with the table below:

Is there a timeframe on when I need to register?
Please register by 6pm on the day you make the qualifying sales transaction to ensure that you get your first set of game plays, otherwise you will need to email proof of purchase.
I have spent £100 but I have no play codes yet
We process and upload sales data every day (Monday to Friday).
New play codes will be issued around midday - please allow at least 24 to 48 hours from your purchase before your play codes are live on the Trade Cup website.
Once the time period above has passed, if you are still missing play codes please email: info@jewsonrewards.co.uk with proof of purchase and we will investigate this for you further.
How long does the Jewson Trade Cup go on for?
The Jewson Trade Cup runs from 8 June 2026 and finishes on 19 July 2026. All play codes must be played within 1 week after which time they expire. All rewards must be claimed by 27 July 2026!

When will my reward arrive
Once you have claimed your reward the following timescales apply:
- Instant Cash Wins – once your cash wallet reaches £5 we will automatically cash you out and process an eVoucher to be sent to email address registered to this promotion.
- eVouchers – can take up to 1 to 5 days to arrive.
- Physical products – can take up to 28 days to arrive.
- Bespoke rewards (match tickets) – we will be in contact with you regarding your options.
I am having trouble claiming my rewards
If you have won a prize but not been able to claim it successfully, please log back into the site and play that game again.
Once a reward has been claimed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I return or exchange my reward?
Only faulty rewards maybe returned, customers cannot exchange or request a cash alternative for rewards they have won.
